What an absolute waste of a taxi company do not use this company at all Sunday ordered a taxi for my hubby from town never turned up Rang them and all I got was oh we will send it now Then rang taxi for dentist today rang up at 4pm booked it they said no problem dentist was at 4.30 guess what no taxi yet again had to ring them back twice each time he said on its way Oh ye where?? So cancelled appointment at dentist due to being late they said we couldn't go thanks for nothing total idiots
Much better app just needs to be a bit more accurate on addresses apart from that it's much better and more reliable
Brilliant service
Never on time. You prebook a taxi weeks in advance for it to be at least 25 minutes late because they haven't got a driver....their booking system is horrendous. Please also add the option to put in your destination not just pick up
I don't normally complain but this app WILL take an unauthorised payment the moment you enter your card details!!! Before I had the chance to make a booking, I got a notification to my phone to say £1.01 transaction was withdrawn. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!!!!! There are no Terms & Conditions or information to inform you of such charges upon signing up! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING!!! This app needs to be taken down as it does not conform! As a matter of principle, I wish to be refunded
Downloaded the app and I've checked the app and I have been charged £1.01 and didn't use them 😡
